Charles E. Foster, 72, of Roseville, IL passed away at 3:32 AM Thursday
January 15, 2015 at his residence.
He was born June 29, 1942 in Wimauma,
Florida to Tom and Thelma Ross. He married Ester Clark. She survives.
Charles attended the Swan Creek Roseville United Methodist Church.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Corman Memorial
