Kenneth E Anderson 93
passed away February 7, 2015 and Mary K. Anderson 85 passed away February 15,
2015 both at the Roseville Rehab and Healthcare Center.
Kenny was born May 14
1921 the son of Robert F. and Grace Dean Anderson. Mary was born December 14
1929 the daughter of Harry and Vera Morse Dallefeld. They were married November
26, 1949 and were married for 65 years. They are survived by their three
children Jim (Janice) Anderson of Roseville; Jeanne (Terry) Barr of Roseville;
and Ed (Cathy) Anderson of Oquawka. Their seven Grandchildren Amber Anderson,
Carrie (Mike) Lansing, Brandy Anderson, Zach Barr, Jon (Desiree’) Anderson,
Jennifer Anderson(Dan Proczko), Matt Anderson, and Mike Anderson. Step
Grandchildren Shawn (Amy) and Adam Parsons. Great Grandchildren Trey, Kya,
Ashya, Shylee, Shilor, Layla, and Axel. Step Great Grandchildren Ellie, Wyatt.
Kenny is survived by a brother Harold Anderson and a sister Lois Bycroft. Kenny
was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Vivian, Roberta, Grace, Laverna,
and Dale.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edgar Dallefeld.
Kenny served in the US Navy during WW II as a sonar operator. Kenny and Mary
farmed their entire life. They were members of the Swan Creek United Methodist
Church. Kenny was a member of Roseville Masonic Lodge #519 and also a member of
the Roseville American Legion Post # 614. Kenny also served on the Roseville
School Board and served as a trustee for Swan Township. He enjoyed woodworking.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday February 21, 2015 at the
Roseville Community Center with Masonic Services and Military Rites. A
Celebration of their lives will be held from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Community
Center. Cremation Rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to Roseville
Masonic Lodge, Roseville American Legion, and Swan Creek Methodist Church.
