Mrs. Sandra Jean Hetze, 70,
of Galesburg died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015 in Heartland Health Care
Center.
She was born January 11, 1945
in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin the daughter of Robert C. and Ruth Burhite
Hetze. She married Roger Guild in 1968. She later married Robert M.
Fitchpatrick on September 7, 2010 in Galesburg. He preceded her in death on
October 16, 2014.
She is survived by her
mother, Ruth Hetze of Plover, Wisconsin; three daughters, Robin Guild of
Galesburg, Roxanne Pleskovitch of Stafford, Virginia, and Rebecca Guild of
Galesburg; three step daughters, Bonnie Simpson, Eileen Fitchpatrick and
Roberta (Steven) Kemp, all of Galesburg; five sons, Roger Guild of Rogers,
Arkansas, Raymond Guild of Tennessee, Randy and Ronald Guild, both of Galesburg
and Robert Guild of Wilton, Wisconsin; two brothers, Charles R. Hetze of
Fairbanks, Alaska and Paul W. Hetze of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconisin; seven
grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, six step grandchildren, and one step
great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her father and three sons,
Richard, Russell and David.
Sandra worked as a cook at
various restraurants. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She
enjoyed cooking and crocketing lap blankets for the VA.
Funeral services are
scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at the First Church of the
Nazarene. Rev. Harold Berrian will officiate. Visiation will be 9 to 10 a.m.
Friday at the church. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials
may be made to First Church of the Nazarene. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg
Chapel is handling arrangements. Online
