KEITH “PHIL” SULLIVAN

Mr. Keith “Phil” Sullivan, 69, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 12:12 pm Monday, June 27, 2016 at Seminary Manor Nursing Home.

He was born July 6, 1946 in Canton, Illinois the son of Keith Porter and Lillian Hoyt Sullivan. He married Sonja Lindeen on June18, 1994 in Galesburg. She preceded him in death on November 29, 1997.

Phil is survived by his siblings, Beverly White of Galesburg, Roger Sullivan of Peoria, Illinois, Karen (Larry) Batterton of London Mills, Illinois; his brother-in-law, Roger Lindeen of Galesburg and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife and his brother, Jerry Sullivan.

Phil worked as an assembler for Maytag Manufacturing for 33 years, retiring in 1999. He graduated from Valley High school in 1965. Phil was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. He loved to play cards and go to country music shows. He was a great Chicago Cubs fan.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 am Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Rev. Harold Berrian will officiate. Visitation will be 9:00-10:00 am Saturday at the chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Beacon of Hope Hospice. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com
