L. Wayne Howard

L. Wayne Howard age 79 of Quincy, IL passed away at 10:40 P.M. Wednesday August 17, 2016 at Sycamore Health Care in Quincy, IL.  He was born on September 24, 1936 in New Philadelphia, IL to John and Daisy Haffner Howard.  Surviving are 1 Sister – Irene (Bill) Schisler of Ipava, IL, and several Nieces and Nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 Brothers.
