Fred W. Apsey, Jr., 98, of Galesburg, died at 12:10 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Knox County Nursing Home.  Cremation will be accorded.  Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.  Memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev.
