Married at an early age to Earl Williams and had two sons by this marriage, Tom (Teri) Williams and John (Bonnie) Williams.  As in life things do not always work out as planned and later on they later divorced. She married Virgil R. Presswood on June 24, 1961 in Pinckneyville, IL and he passed away March 15, 2015.  Virgil has two sons when the two entered marriage, Ken (Sue) Presswood and Stan (Marsha) Presswood and together this couple had two more children together, Monita (Presswood) Davies and Greg Presswood.  Zelda is also survived by two sisters Wondola (Kenneth) Hall and Laura (Frank) Weatherford, all of her children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and her very close friends and personal angel, Amy and Craig Tabb.  She was preceded in death by her three brothers, three sisters, and her parents.

Zelda started her career in the garment factories at an early age.  She first worked in Pinckneyville, and later on in Monmouth at Smolers/Formfit until she retired.  She enjoyed making quilts, and sewing her entire life.  After she retired she became a very avid at jigsaw puzzles and collecting hundreds of swans of all shaped and sizes, playing cards and dice games with her sister.  Zelda also enjoyed going to back yard sales, reading, working in the garden, and never missed a St. Louis Cardinals game, always cheering for her favorite player, Yadi Molina.  She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church of Galesburg and believed in and loved her relationship with God.  She was sure she would go see all of her loved ones who had passed, once again in heaven.
