Carter Woolsey, 67, of Galesburg, died at 12:15 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015 in Galesburg Cottage Hospital. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.
