Hazel Leota Vilardo, 93, of Galesburg, died at 10:59 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2014 at home.
Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded. . Graveside burial of cremated remains will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Galesburg.
