Mr. Perry Lee Shumard, 66, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 11:52 pm Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home.
The family will be Celebrating Perry’s Life from 4:00-7:00 pm Friday, July 24, 2015 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.
