Francine M. Ramirez

Francine M. Ramirez, 82, of Galesburg, died at 9:01 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Marigold Health Care and Rehab, Galesburg.

Francine was born October 21, 1932 in Rock Island, the daughter of Theodore R. and C. Beatrice McKinney-Mace Anson.  She married Jesse Ramirez on September 10, 1956 in Colorado Springs, CO.  He preceded her in death on January 28, 2013.  Francine is survived by one sister, Beverly Thierry of Galesburg.  Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Barbara Duke and one brother, Bruce Mace. 

Francine was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. 

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Rev. William T. Miller, IC will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Galesburg.  No visitation is planned.  Memorials may be made to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
