Barbara L. Manock

Barbara L. Manock age 78 of Avon, IL passed away on Saturday January 23, 2016 at Renaissance Care Center in Canton, IL.  She was born on March 31, 1937 in Canton, IL to Lloyd and Opal Behymer Helle.  She married Gale Manock in Fiatt, IL on February 27, 1960 and he preceded her in death on October 2, 1964.  Barbara is survived by 2 Sons – Timothy G. Manock of Avon, IL and Brett K. Manock of Louisville, KY.  She was also preceded in death by her Parents, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister. 

Barbara was a cook at the B-PC Elementary Schools for 30 years and she also cooked at Faith Bible Camp for close to 40 years.  She was a member of checkrow Community Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday January 29, 2016 at the Checkrow Community Church with Pastor Joe Olson officiating.  Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 P.M.
