Mr. Francis W. “Frank” Wynkoop, 88 of Wataga, Ill., died Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 7:55 p.m. at Unity Point Health Center in Peoria, Ill.
Cremation will be accorded. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 15, at Wataga Cemetery with military rites by VFW 2257/American Legion 285 Veterans Honor Guard.  Rev. David Cramer will officiate.  Family will receive friends at the Sparta Township Hall in Wataga following the service.  Memorials may be made to Wataga Seniors.  Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
