Janet M. Cooper, age 62, of Monmouth, Illinois, passed away at 3:42 AM on
Monday, October 10, 2016 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois.
She was born on September 20, 1954 in Aledo, Illinois, the daughter of J. Frank
Bibee and Edna (Craig) Doss. Janet is survived by her children; Tino, James,
Anna, and Judy. She was of Mother of five and a Mom to many. She is preceded in
death by husband Jim Cooper, sisters Janice, Carol, and Judy, parents J. Frank
Bibee, Alvin Doss, and Edna Doss, and her daughter Tonya Fye.
A funeral service is planned for 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at
Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois. Her family will receive friends
from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Cremation will be
accorded after the service. A memorial fund is being established for the Center
