Linda M. Robinson

Linda M. Robinson, 74, of East Galesburg, Illinois died at 3:25 A.M. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.

Linda was born on August 3, 1942 in Galesburg, Illinois the daughter of Herman and Mary R. Fields Myers. She attended and graduated from Knoxville High School. Linda married Richard W. Robinson on May 6, 1978. He preceded her in death on April 22, 2015.

Linda is survived by her children, Tim (Roberta) Talbott of East Galesburg, Illinois, Keli Reynolds of Urbana, Illinois and Clint Robinson of Urbana, Illinois; Seven grandchildren, Robert Talbott, Heaven Reynolds, Morgen Talbott, Logan Robinson, Brianna Reynolds, Hannah Talbott, Janett (Derek) McCaskey; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sisters, Gloria and Louise.

Linda was a waitress at the former Skelly`s Truck Stop at the 34/74 Junction and Don`s Restaurant in Galesburg, Illinois. She enjoyed going to the boat and NASCAR.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Knoxville Cemetery in Knoxville, Illinois. Rev. Jim Reynolds will officiate.
