Dean G. Ashby

Dean G. Ashby, age 91 of Prairie City, IL formerly of the Marietta, IL area passed away at 10:37 A.M. on Wednesday March 8, 2017 at Prairie City Rehab & Health Care Center in Prairie City, IL.  He was born on October 27, 1925 in Fiatt, IL to Robert and Ella Postin Ashby. Dean is survived by 1 Sister – Rosalee Buley of Smithfield, IL and several Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Great Nephews.  He was preceded in death by his Parents, 3 Brothers, Robert, Charlie and William Ashby and 1 Sister Edna. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell, IL with visitation being held 1 hour prior to the time of services at the Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Fiatt Cemetery.  Please sign the guestbook or leave condolences at www.martinhollisfh.com.
