Mary Louise Hession

Mary Louise Hession, age 77, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 9:30 A.M. on
April 10, 2017 at Royal Oak Nursing Home, Kewanee, Illinois.

 

Mary was born on April 3, 1940 in Galesburg, Illinois the daughter of James Delbert and Ruth Cooper Welsh. She attended Abingdon High School. She married Rollo Kent Wilkinson and then Thomas Hession. They both preceded her in death.

 

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Morgan of Galesburg, Illinois; one son, Robert (April) Wilkinson of Galesburg, Illinois; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two sisters, Beverly Terpening of Englewood, Colorado and Doris Paterson of Galesburg, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, both parents, and one sister, Phyllis Welsh.

 

Mary was a CNA working in the Galesburg and Colorado areas for many years. She enjoyed Sewing, reading, going on car rides, gardening in her flower beds and visiting thrift stores.

 

Cremation rites will be accorded and Services will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in Care of Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home & Crematory in Knoxville Illinois.
