V. Jean Huntley

V. Jean Huntley, 87, of Galesburg, IL, passed away Friday July 21, 2017 at her home in Galesburg, IL.  She was born Thursday August 22, 1929 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Ernest J. and Carrie E. (Huntley) Stevens.  She married Gilbert A. Saul on February 20, 1951, he preceded her in death on January 1, 1972.  She later married Clayton Huntley and he preceded her in 1994.

 

Those left to cherish her memory are her children Randy (Carol) Saul of Monmouth, IL, Linda (Gary) Warrington of Roseville, IL, Sandra (Joe) McKee of Alexis, IL, Kenny Saul of Roseville, IL, Rick (Annette) Saul of Galesburg, IL; 2 step sons  Chuck Huntley of Galesburg and Ed Huntley of FL, 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 7 sisters, 1 brother, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

 

Jean was a member of the Greenbush Christian Church.  She enjoyed playing cards with her sisters.  She also enjoyed her many outings and especially her family.

 

Funeral service will be Tuesday July 25, 2017, 11:00 a.m.  at the Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville, IL.  Visitation will be Monday eve July 24, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville, IL.  Burial will be in the Roseville Township Cemetery Roseville, IL.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association and/or Cancer Society.  Please sign the online guestbook at www.wisefamily-hooverhall.com.  Wise Family Funeral Home Roseville, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
