Norman Thomas Burks, 32, of Victoria, died at 8:45 a.m. Thursday, September 24, 2015 in Galesburg.
Cremation rites will be accorded and no services are planned. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg.
