John C. Baumgardner age 68 of Bushnell, IL passed away on February 7, 2016 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1948 in Beardstown, IL to Wallace and Clara Habel Baumgardner. He married Marla Goldsmith on September 17, 1988. J.C. is survived by his Sister – Wanda Shannon of Bushnell, IL , 2 Step-Sons – Jason Goldsmith of Des Moines, IA, and Justin Goldsmith of Winterset, IA, 11 Step-Grandchildren, 1 Nephew – Wally Foster of Avon, IL, and 1 Niece – Jenna (Jeff) Maierhofer of Seneca, IL and 2 Great-Nephews – Levi and Calvin Maierhofer. He was preceded in death by his Parents and 1 Niece – Kelly Ray.
J.C. was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during the Viet Nam War.
